One or both the layers can be elongated so that a pre-stretched article can be formed, and includes at least an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer where the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer has Mw/Mn of 1.7-3.5, and has a particular melting point, fusion heat, elastic recovery, molecular fraction and a storage modulus.
