INKJET HEAD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head wherein the wire breakage of an electrode pattern is difficult to occur, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: In this inkjet head, a frame member is installed on a substrate, a piezoelectric member formed with groove-like pressure chambers is installed inside a space surrounded by the frame member, the space is covered with a nozzle plate having nozzles in facing parts to the pressure chambers to form common liquid chambers, and the pressure chambers are deformed by a signal from the outside to discharge, from the nozzles, ink supplied to the common liquid chambers through ink flowing-through holes bored in the substrate. The piezoelectric member is formed in a trapezoidal shape wherein both side faces of a rectangular parallelepiped are prescribed inclined surfaces, the pressure chamber is formed in a groove shape which is parallel to a trapezoidal face of the piezoelectric member and is opened to the upper face, the electric pattern passing on both the inclined surfaces from the groove bottom part upper faces of the pressure chambers and arriving on the substrate is formed, and intersection parts between the bottom sides of the grooves formed in the piezoelectric member as the pressure chambers and the inclined surfaces are smoothly formed.
