Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power charge controller capable of increasing the working rate of a power charging station.SOLUTION: A parking is equipped with a vehicle power charge section 108. It is assumed that plural vehicles stay being connected to the vehicle power charge section 108 for charging the power. A power level determination section 105 determines whether the capacity of the vehicle power charge section 108 exceeds a predetermined facility capacity. When it is determined that the capacity of the vehicle power charge section 108 exceeds the predetermined facility capacity, a charging float-time calculation section 106 selects, from the vehicles connected to the vehicle power charge section 108, at least one vehicle which has a larger float-time from completion of power charge to a scheduled leaving time from the parking. A power control unit 107 controls the vehicle power charge section 108 so that the power charge to the vehicle selected by the charging float-time calculation section 106 is restricted.
