Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit capable of efficiently reducing background noise and EMI.SOLUTION: The power supply circuit includes: a mounting substrate (1); a semiconductor switching element (10) disposed on the mounting substrate (1); passive components (20, 30) disposed on the mounting substrate (1) and connected between main electrodes of the semiconductor switching element (10); a mounting substrate opening part (8) which is disposed in a current-carrying loop (18) constituted of the semiconductor switching element (10) and the passive components (20, 30) and is opened in the mounting substrate (1); and local shielding means for suppressing a change in magnetic flux Φ which is generated in the current-carrying loop by switching of the semiconductor switching element (10).
