PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when an LED lighting apparatus and a human body sensor are combined, the human body sensor causes false detection due to noise generated by the LED lighting apparatus.SOLUTION: A luminaire comprises: an illumination load composed of LEDs; a lighting control circuit part which controls lighting of the illumination load; human body detection means which intermittently projects infrared rays to a light projection area and receives reflected light from a human body synchronously with light projection timing to detect the presence of the human body; and a control circuit part which controls the lighting control circuit part on the basis of an output signal of the human body detection means. The control circuit part stops electric conduction to the lighting control circuit part for a period in which the human body detection means projects infrared rays.
