Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adjustment of ionic balance without being affected by charge potential of a static elimination object.SOLUTION: A static eliminating device allowing discharge needles 1 to discharge by a high voltage signal from a high voltage generating circuit 4 includes: a first current detection element R1 provided between a reference potential line 10 in the circuit and the ground; and a second current detection element R2 provided in a line 14 connecting between a voltage applying line 12 to the discharge needles 1 and the reference potential line 10. Currents flowing in the respective current detection elements R1 and R2 are detected as voltage by voltage detection circuits 71 and 72, respectively, and are inputted to a control circuit 6 to be used for adjusting ionic balance.
