PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine capable of reducing a space occupied by a sample display chamber.SOLUTION: Commodity samples and a surface light-emitting part comprise: a surface light-emitting panel 221 having a plurality of commodity sample parts formed into at least the front side shape of the external shape of commodities to be sold; and display films 222 detachably provided on the front side of the commodity sample parts and having patterns of the commodities printed thereon. The commodity samples in a sample display chamber 21 are illuminated by light emitted from the surface light-emitting panel 221 so as to dispense with the arrangement of straight tube fluorescent lamps on one or both of the upper part and the lower part of the commodity samples. The display of a commodity to be sold can be changed by replacing the display film 222.
