PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize clipping of a PT (portlet) screen by the minimum simple editing operation on an AP (application) screen without requiring special development skills of an implementor, for creating an application portlet of an application composed of a plurality of screens.SOLUTION: A structured document processing device 20 comprises: area information storage means 24 which, for an area specified in a structured document, stores area information composed of feature information including at least the structured document and its URL, and a node pass of the area, and specification information including at least specified contents; similar area determination means 21 which acquires structured document of a screen related to an input URL, determines a similar area from the area information storage means 24 by using similar area calculation means 25 for each area in the structured document, and outputs the specification information of the similar area; and the similar area calculation means 25 which calculates a similar area by determining similarity between feature information of each area of the acquired structured document and the feature information of the area information stored in the area information storage means.
