Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that achieves highly accurate service braking.SOLUTION: A toggle link 18 comprises: a first link mechanism 22 having at least two links; a second link mechanism 24 connected to the first link mechanism 22 and having at least two links; and a friction member connected to at least either of the first link mechanism 22 and the second link mechanism 24. The first link mechanism 22 has a first input part 22a into which an outside force according to a brake operation is input. The second link mechanism 24 has a second input part 24a into which an outside force generated by an actuator is input. The first link mechanism 22 and the second link mechanism 24 are configured such that each link may be displaced by at least either of the outside force according to the brake operation and the outside force generated by the actuator, and the friction member may be moved toward a disc rotor.
