Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device of an internal combustion engine that can reduce a manufacturing cost and the assembly man-hour.SOLUTION: In the intake device 1 of the internal combustion engine, the body part 28 of a throttle body 18 is arranged inside the inner circumferential surface of a reception part 50 provided to the air inlet side of an intake manifold 10. The intake manifold 10, an air duct 14, and the throttle body 18 are fixed by collectively fastening the inlet side end 46 of the body part 28, the outlet side end 48 of the air duct 14, and the inlet side end 52 of the reception part 50 which are concentrically arranged from the inner side to the outer side in this order by a fastening band 16.
