Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive oil cooler structure that is simple and compact without using a special exclusive member, by using an oil filter cover that externally covers an oil filter and fulfilling a function of an oil cooler.SOLUTION: The oil cooler structure of an internal combustion engine is configured in such a manner that equipment of a lubrication system for an oil pump (70) and an oil filter (90) is incorporated into a case cover (52) that covers axially outside a crank case (11) pivotally and rotatably supporting a crankshaft (20); a portion of the case cover (52) into which the equipment of the lubrication system is incorporated is further axially and externally covered with an oil filter cover (55); a discharge oil path (P) for supplying oil from the discharge port (53e) of the oil pump (70) to the oil filter (90) is formed on abutting faces (54z, 55z) of the case cover (52) and the oil filter cover (55); and a cooling fan (55g) is disposed on the outer surface of the oil filter cover (55) corresponding to the discharge oil path (P).
