Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release film which maintains excellent handleability and moreover, prevents drop out of a foreign matter contained in the mold release film and prevents the occurrence of a shape defect etc. on a green sheet etc. formed on the mold release film.SOLUTION: The mold release film 10 includes a base material film 11, a mold release layer 12 arranged on one face of the base material film 11, and a rear face resin layer 13 arranged on the other face of the base material film 11. The rear face resin layer 13 substantially does not contain any particulate filler, and arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the surface thereof is 10-80 nm. Meanwhile, arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the surface of the mold release layer 12 is 8 nm or less.
