A notch 23 for opening is formed at a side seal part 20 of the pouch package bag 1, a band-like fastener 4 serving as a mouth contact relief member is fixed to an upper inner surface of the pouch package bag 1, and the notch 23 for opening is formed at the position corresponding to the vicinity of the height of an upper end 42a of the band-like fastener 4.
