PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the influence, by the thermal expansion of a slide 4, on the slidable motion between the slide and body guides 7, 8, 9.SOLUTION: The body guides 7, 8, 9 are arranged at three parts around the slide 4 along the sliding direction of the slide. Besides, a slide guide 40 is provided integrally with the slide along the body guides at a sliding part of the slide on the body guides. In the body guides and the slide guide, a projecting body 41 is fitted into a sliding groove 70 so as to constitute a narrow guide 10, and a predetermined clearance C is set at a fitting tip of the projecting body. A pair of body guides facing each other across the slide are arranged so that the fitting direction of the projecting body into the sliding groove is opposite to each other. The narrow guides are arranged opposite to each other across the slide, and thereby, when the slide is thermally expanded, the expansion is released by the extension into the clearance of the fitting tip of the projecting body of the narrow guide, and a sliding gap between the body guides and the slide guide is hardly affected.
