Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a COrecovery device and a COrecovery method which can further reduce the concentration of amine compounds remained in a decarbonated exhaust gas and discharged.SOLUTION: In the COrecovery device, a CO-containing exhaust gas 11A is brought into contact with a COabsorption liquid 12 to eliminate COto form a purified exhaust gas 11B at an absorption tower 13, and COis separated from the COabsorption liquid to recover a CO-absorbing liquid 12 at an absorbing liquid regeneration tower 14, and the lean solution 12B from which the COhas been eliminated in the absorbing liquid regeneration tower 14 is reused at the COabsorption tower 13. The COrecovery device is provided with a cooling tower 70 that cools the CO-containing exhaust gas that contains CO, provided upstream of the COabsorption tower 13. The temperature (T) of the purified exhaust gas 11B discharged from the COabsorption tower is set lower (T>T) than the temperature (T) of the CO-containing exhaust gas 11A containing COand cooled at the cooling tower; and the condensed water 44 resulting from condensing water vapor discharged from the absorbing liquid regeneration tower 14 is vaporized at an evaporator 90. |
