LAMP DEVICE AND LIGHTING FIXTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device including a caulking part capable of maintaining fixation of a base even if a large torque is given, and provide a lighting fixture mounted with this lamp device.SOLUTION: The lamp device 1 is provided with a resin-made device body 2 including a base fixing part 6 on one end side 2a and formed in a cylindrical shape, a light emittor 3 fixed at the other end side 2b of the device body 2, a lighting device 4 which is arranged inside the device body 2 and lights up the light emittor 3, and a base 5, which is provided with a base eyelet part 11 and a base shell part 12 electrically connected to the lighting device 4 through wires 10a, 10b and, in which a pattern-like caulking part 14, of which an outer face 14a is formed to be gradually recessed against a central part 12c from a central part 14c toward boundary parts 14d, 14d between an outer circumferential face 12a of the base shell part 12, is engaged and caulked with the base fixing part 6 so as to be formed in plurality in the circumferential face 12a of the base shell part 12 around its outer circumferential direction.
