Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power generator using a pyroelectric material and being excellent in energy recovery efficiency, which converts into electric energy with higher efficiency.SOLUTION: A power generator comprises: a pyroelectric material 1 in which polarization charge changes in response to a temperature change; electric charge recovery means which recovers electric charge generated in the pyroelectric material 1; a rotor 11 which is configured to rotate around an axis of rotation 12 so that the pyroelectric material 1 moves interlocking with the rotation of the rotor 11, and moves between a heat source side heating the pyroelectric material 1 and a side opposite to the heat source side. The electric charge recovery means is an electric charge transfer roll 4 which rotates around an axis of rotation, arranged at a position facing the rotor 11 via the pyroelectric material 1 and contacts with the pyroelectric material 1.
