Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve inner diameter accuracy of an outer cylinder ring when fixing a split core by the outer cylinder ring in a rotary electric machine stator.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine stator 10 comprises: a plurality of split cores 12; an outer cylinder ring 18 in which the split cores 12 are cylindrically arranged and the outer cylinder ring 18 fixes the outer peripheral side thereof; a winding wire coil 14 which winds around each split core 12; each phase lead-out part 16 in which the winding wire coils 14 are collected up as a plurality of phase distribution lines to lead out. The outer cylinder ring 18 includes a cylinder part 20 which is a cylindrical shape with a thin radial thickness and a plurality of flange parts which hang over in the outer peripheral side of the cylinder part 20. The flange part includes coupling flanges 24, 26 which couple the rotary electric machine stator 10 with an external body or another apparatus to fix them and pseudo flanges 30, 32 which are attached to improve rigidity of a circular ring of the outer cylinder ring 18.
