Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a signal capture method capable of quickly and securely capturing a desired GPS signal with a simpler method than a conventional method.SOLUTION: A non-coherent cumulative value NCi and a coherent cumulative value Ci are calculated at a provisional code phase and provisional frequency (S103). If both the non-coherent cumulative value NCi and the coherent cumulative value Ci are lower than a verifying threshold (yes for S104), or the non-coherent cumulative value NCi is higher than the verifying threshold and the non-coherent cumulative value NCi is approximately equal to the coherent cumulative value Ci (yes for S105), the provisional code phase and the provisional frequency are set as a true code phase and a true frequency (S107). If the non-coherent cumulative value NCi is higher than the verifying threshold and if the difference between the non-coherent cumulative value NCi and the coherent cumulative value Ci is at a predetermined strength or higher, a capturing process is performed once again by fixing the code phase (S106) to detect a true frequency (S107).
