Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a porous membrane with an affinity mechanism which is suitable for purification of protein during a simple step and a method of purifying protein using the membrane produced by the above method.SOLUTION: The method of producing the porous membrane includes: a step of obtaining a porous membrane precursor formed by phase-separation of a polymer solution containing a polymer 1, an organic liquid dissolving the polymer, and an organic compound 3 which has glutathione and a hydrophobic radical bound to the glutathione; and a step of forming the porous membrane 7 containing the polymer 1 and the organic compound 3 by removing the organic liquid from the porous membrane precursor.
