WATER-IN-OIL TYPE EMULSIFIED COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic which has excellent dispersion stability with the lapse of time, and further has excellent smooth sense of use, uniformity in a cosmetic film and cosmetic retaining by combining a powder subjected to surface coating treatment by new silicone trialkyl phosphate with a specified silicone surfactant.SOLUTION: The new silicone trialkyl phosphate being a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein, each Rindependently denotes a 1 to 4C alkyl group respectively; R denotes a 2 to 7C divalent hydrocarbon group which may include at least one kind selected from -O- and -CO-; and n denotes any integer of 5 to 40). In this way, the powder subjected to surface coating treatment is combined with polyether-modified silicone having specified branched silicone chains to obtain the water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic in which the dispersion stability of the powder is dramatically improved, and which has reduced discoloration upon coating, and has the excellent smooth sense of use, the uniformity in a cosmetic film and the cosmetic retaining.
