Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium silicate hydrate-based building material which has sufficiently high compressive strength and sufficiently low density while attaining reduction in manufacturing cost and conservation of natural resources.SOLUTION: The calcium silicate hydrate-based building material is obtained by molding a calcium silicate hydrate-based material and subjecting it to autoclave treatment. The calcium silicate hydrate-based material contains: a calcareous material containing low-heat portland cement as the main component; a siliceous material containing fly ash balloons having density of 0.6-0.9 g/cmand silica fume; a thickener; and a dispersant. The mass proportion of the fly ash balloons relative to the total amount of the calcareous material and the siliceous material is 38-52 mass%, and the mass proportion of the silica fume relative to the total amount of the calcareous material and the siliceous material is 8-16 mass%.
