Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost of a vehicle coupling member, while facilitating the handling thereof when mounted on the coupling between a vehicle and a power train.SOLUTION: A shock absorbing seat 40 is provided between a wall of one of a pair of parallel walls provided on a supporting member adjacent to a power train and an end surface in an axial direction of an insulator 30 opposed to the wall. The shock-absorbing seat 40 is provided with: a first locking part 42 which becomes inseparable by being inserted and sandwiched in a recess 34a formed at a predetermined position on the side adjacent to the end surface of resilient body 33 to be recessed inward in the axial direction in a prior stage of mounting the insulator 30 to a bracket 20; and a second locking part 43 which becomes inseparable by being hooked to an outer periphery of a tubular part 25 of the bracket 20.
