Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily lock a cylindrical belt from the inside thereof when cutting the belt at a predetermined length.SOLUTION: A method for cutting a cylindrical belt at a product length includes step for: inserting a locking tool into the belt which is formed of a rubber tube serving as an expandable chuck fitted on a shaft to be inserted into the belt while the diameter of the rubber tube thereof being smaller than that of the belt; locking the belt by compressing the rubber tube so that rubber tube is expanded outward to bring the fixture tool into pressure contact with an inner peripheral surface of the belt; and then cutting the belt locked from the inside by the locking tool at a required position from the outside of the belt.
