Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorus recovery material that can be produced at a low cost while maintaining a conventional phosphorus recovery rate and settling ability.SOLUTION: The phosphorus recovery material is obtained by mixing and crushing a siliceous material and a calcium compound under a dry condition, wherein the calcium compound is 20 mass% or more and 90 mass% or less of the total amount of the phosphorus recovery material. When the phosphorus recovery material having a specified rate of the calcium compound therein is added to a phosphorus-containing aqueous solution, the interface height of a sediment obtained after 10 minutes from aggregate formation is 1/2 or less of the interface height of a sediment obtained by using the same amount of slaked lime under the same settling condition, and almost all the phosphorus in the solution can be recovered. The siliceous material may be selected from siliceous shale, amorphous silica, silica gel, silica fume, opal and diatomaceous earth, and the calcium compound may be selected from calcium chloride, calcium hydroxide and calcium oxide. |
