Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a board case for a game machine, requiring only a simple operation procedure for sealing, keeping the reliability of the sealing high, and allowing at least one-time resealing, and to provide a game machine including the same.SOLUTION: A base body 30 is formed with first and second lock engagement pieces 50, 60. A cover body 100 is formed with a first engagement recessed part 124 lock-engaging with the first lock engagement pieces 50. The cover body 100 is also formed with a spacer mounting part 126 that can be installed with a spacer 170. The spacer 170 includes a second engagement recessed part lock-engaging with the second lock engagement pieces 60. By relatively slide-displacing the cover body 100 toward a connection position in a state in which the spacer 170 is installed to the spacer mounting part 126, the second lock engagement pieces 60 lock-engage with the second engagement recessed part.
