Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions containing a specific proteins and methods for using the compositions for the diagnosis and treatment of immune related diseases.SOLUTION: The method for detecting: the expression level of a gene encoding a PRO polypeptide having a specific sequence in a test sample of tissue cells obtained from a mammal and in a control sample of known normal tissue cells of the same cell type; and a T cell mediated immune response or T cell mediated immune disease in the mammal, wherein a differential expression of the gene in the test sample as compared to the control sample is indicative of the presence of the T cell mediated immune response in the mammal from which the test tissue cells are obtained.
