PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm system that can appropriately make response when a gas shutoff function of a gas meter is operated.SOLUTION: A remote controller 1 is connected with signals to a heat source device 27, and a gas meter 28 is interposed in a gas path for supplying a fuel gas from a gas supply source to a burner device of the heat source device 27. The gas meter 28 has a gas shutoff function of shutting off the supply of the fuel gas to the heat source device 27 when a predetermined gas shutoff condition is satisfied such as the time when an earthquake with a seismic intensity of 3 or higher occurs, and a gas supply restoration function for restoring the supply of the fuel gas to the heat source device 27 when a manual restoration operation is performed on and after the supply of the fuel gas is shut off by the gas shutoff function. A gas meter shutoff detection means 36 detects the execution of the fuel gas shutoff by the gas shutoff function of the gas meter 29, and fuel gas supply shutoff information and a method of the manual restoration operation of the gas meter 29 are reported by a reporting means 34 for gas supply restoration of the remote controller 1.
