Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition improving the coating performance of a surface of a substrate after cleaning.SOLUTION: The detergent composition capable of modifying a surface to be hydrophilic contains, based on the total weight of the composition, (a) 0.0001 to 5 wt.% of one or more water-soluble polymer compounds selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol (PEG), cellulose, polyacrylic acid (PAA), polyethyloxazoline, and polyvinylpyrrolidone, (b) 0.01 to 5 wt.% of a polyhydric alcohol-based compound, (c) 0.05 to 10 wt.% of a quaternary ammonium hydroxide, (d) 0.05 to 40 wt.% of a specific glycol ether-based organic solvent, and (e) the remaining amount of water.
