ANTIEMETIC AGAINST INDUCED VOMITTING DUE TO SELECTIVE SEROTONIN REUPTAKE INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evading adverse effects in digestive systems such as nausea and vomitting associated with administration of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor; and to provide an excellent medicine for therapy or prevention against the adverse effects.SOLUTION: There are provided a preparation which does not induce adverse effects in digestive systems such as nausea and vomitting associated with administration of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), and makes SSRI in a form not directly in contact with stomach; and a preventive or therapeutic agent as antiemetic action against the adverse effects, including 4-amino-5-chloro-2-ethoxy-N-[[4-(4-fluorobenzyl)-2-morpholinyl]methyl]benzamide or physiologically permissible salt thereof.
