Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the transition time to EV driving to improve the fuel consumption of the hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: A control device of a hybrid vehicle includes: a vehicle control part that performs vehicle driving control by switching from a second driving mode to a first driving mode, when the SOC of a power supply apparatus in the driving control where the second driving mode is selected is not less than a first threshold, and a driving mode transition control part to charge the power supply apparatus of the electric power generated by a generator by driving the engine when the SOC of a power supply apparatus in the driving control where the second driving mode is selected is lower than the first threshold and not less than the second threshold that is higher than the prescribed value, wherein in the first driving mode, driving control is achieved by using the engine and a driving motor so that driving is performed by mainly the driving motor using the power of the power supply device, and in the second driving mode, driving control is achieved by using the engine and the driving motor so that the SOC of the power supply device does not become lower than the prescribed value.
