PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately rotate or move a moving body using a vibration motor.SOLUTION: A moving device 1 includes: a vibration motor 2 having a weight element 6 attached eccentrically to a rotating shaft 5; a moving body 3 having the vibration motor 2 and being movable with the vibration motor 2; and a rotation control part 4 that decelerates or stops the vibration motor 2 when the weight element 6 is in a predetermined rotation position so that the moving body 3 can move in a predetermined direction by the inertial force of the weight element 6. Paying attention to the fact that the inertial force is applied to the weight element 6 on decelerating or stopping the rotation of the vibration motor 2 when the weight element 6 of the vibration motor 2 rotates to a predetermined position, the moving device 1 is moved in a desired direction using the inertial force, so that the moving device 1 can be moved in both right and left directions even when the vibration motor 2 is only one.
