PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine reducing a load on an upper controller about the drive of a movable body.SOLUTION: This game machine 100 includes: the movable body 106 disposed in a game machine body 101 movably within a prescribed movable range; a drive unit 125 driving the movable body 106; and a movable body drive device 112 controlling the drive unit 125. The movable body drive device 112 has: a communication part 2 receiving a control command for prescribing a movement destination of the movable body 106 from a performance controller 111; a storage part 63 storing the present position of the movable body; and a control part (61, 62, 7) determining a moving direction in the next movement of the movable body based on a moving direction in the preceding movement of the movable body or a difference between the movement destination and the present position of the movable body, and controlling the drive unit driving the movable body to move the movable body until the movable body reaches the movement destination along the moving direction in the next movement.
