Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a length adjustment tool of an extendable pipe which can prevent damage from an inner pipe when the inner pipe is supported by fastening screw, and to provide a hanger rack using the same.SOLUTION: Fastening a male screw 53 causes a shock absorbing member 52 to be pressed by the male screw 53 from an outer peripheral side thereof to reduce a gap 521 and reduce a diameter thereof. As a result, on the inner pipe 4, an outer peripheral surface is circularly supported and a length is adjusted by the shock absorbing member 52.
