METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INTRA PREDICTION VIDEO DECODING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for encoding/decoding for efficiently reducing an amount of data required for intra prediction in an encoding unit.SOLUTION: A method for restoring a video signal from encoded and compressed data includes the steps of: sequentially selecting a plurality of sub-blocks constituting one encoding block from compressed data; restoring a plurality of pixel values included in the sub-blocks which are sequentially selected on the basis of an encoding mode of the encoding block; and acquiring the video signal corresponding to one encoding block by the pixel values restored for the respective sub-blocks constituting one encoding block.
