METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INTRA PREDICTION VIDEO DECODING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for encoding/decoding for efficiently reducing an amount of data required for intra prediction in an encoding unit.SOLUTION: A method for restoring a video signal from encoded and compressed data includes the steps of: restoring pixel values to a plurality of sub-blocks included in an encoding block in response to an encoding mode for the encoding block when the encoding block corresponding to a fundamental unit for restoring the compressed data includes the sub-blocks; and acquiring the video signal corresponding to the encoding block by the pixel values restored for the sub-blocks.
