Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular jetting device for fluid material whose process completion time shortens during maintenance capable of relatively easily constituting the jetting device for fluid material depending on various jetting purposes.SOLUTION: The modular jetting device for fluid material (10) includes a positive displacement pump fluid supply module (100) for feeding to a fluid module (20). A syringe (22) may feed materials through a check valve to a positive displacement pump (102) which feeds the materials through another check valve to the fluid module. A valve element (14) is moved to contact a valve seat so as to jet a droplet of the material by contact between a drive pin (36) and a movable element (300) of the fluid module. An actuator (74) may move the drive pin. A controller (99) may coordinate the supply of fluid from the positive displacement pump with the rate at which the material is jetted. The fluid module and positive displacement pump are easily removable from the jetting device.
