PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a variable display game in a variation mode that attracts a player's attention according to a game state in a game machine including a variable display device for displaying the variable display game displaying a result after a plurality of pieces of identification information is variably displayed based on entry of a game ball into a start port, and generating a special game state advantageous for the player when an execution result of the valuable display game results in a special one.SOLUTION: An execution mode determination unit (game control device 30) determines the execution mode of the variable display game in a predetermined period to a normal variation mode after completing a special game state over the predetermined period, without regard to whether the special game state is generated or not. The notification unit (performance control device 40) does not clearly notify the player of the state of probability of the special game state to be generated in the predetermined period.
