REPLACING UNIT FOR INSULATOR OR THE LIKE OF INSULATOR DEVICE FOR POWER TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve replacement of first suspension insulators on a ground side and a line side with an extremely simple structure, and replacement of a clevis of an insulator device and a bolt of the clevis.SOLUTION: A lock body 6 is provided which comprises two substantially V type plate bodies and a spacer 10 provided therebetween, an extension rod 9 which is extended and contracted with a turnbuckle 9a is provided between both ends of the lock body 6 and between both ends of a grip piece 8 gripping a cap part of an insulator 7 of an insulator series 5, and the lock body 6 is made to cover one side of a yoke 2 or 4. One side edge of the spacer 10 abuts against an inclined edge 2a or 4a on one side of each yoke while both ends of the lock body 6 are positioned in parallel with an insulator support edge of the yoke. A bolt 18 is run through two through holes 6a bored in each plate body and two through holes bored in the spacer, and a nut threadably engaged with a bolt end projecting from an external surface of one plate body is fastened to fix the spacer 10 between the two plate bodies.
