Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye sensitized solar cell capable of obtaining high open circuit voltage (Voc) and high short circuit current (Jsc) even when a conductive polymer is used as a hole transport material, thereby achieving high photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The dye sensitized solar cell at least includes: a photoelectric conversion layer containing a substrate, a first electrode, a semiconductor and a sensitizing dye; a hole transport layer containing a solid hole transport material; and a second electrode. The solid hole transport material contained in the hole transport layer is a conductive polymer formed by polymerizing a compound having a thiophene structure, and an ionization potential of the hole transport layer is 5.0 eV or higher and 5.5 eV or lower.
