LIGHTING FIXTURE AND LIGHTING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of being hardly affected by flooding of a connected section between an internal power supply wire and an external power supply wire when water exists in the vicinity.SOLUTION: The lighting device 1 includes a lamp 2, and a lighting fixture 3 for controlling lighting-up of the lamp 2. The lighting fixture 3 includes a fixture body 33, the internal power supply wire 34, a connection box 35, and a penetration means 36. The lamp 2 and a lighting-up device 32 are stored in the fixture body 33. The internal power supply wire 34 is electrically connected with the lighting-up device 32 in the fixture body 33. The penetration means 36 makes the internal power supply wire 34 penetrate into the fixture body 33 and the connection box 35 by blocking an air flow between the inside of the fixture body 33 and the inside of the connection box 35. The connection box 35 has an upper face 351, and side faces 352, and internally forms an air collected area 5 where the air remains in case water exists in the vicinity. The internal power supply wire 34 has a connection section 7 for connecting with a power supply cable 6 electrically connected with an external power source in the air collected area 5.
