PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic improving moisture-holding power of the hair, and resultantly improving finger-combability upon use and imparting a supple and moist finish feeling, and also excellent in prevention of dryness under low humidity, and in a moist feeling.SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic contains an amino-modified silicone whose kinematic viscosity at 25°C is 5,000-20,000 mm/s, an aminopolyether-modified silicone, dimethylpolysiloxane whose kinematic viscosity at 25°C is 5,000,000-30,000,000 mm/s, an alkyl type cation represented by formula (I) (in the formula, some one among R-Rrepresents 8-24C alkyl, alkenyl, hydroxyalkyl or hydroxyalkenyl, and the residue represents 1-3C alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or benzyl, and Y represents a halogen atom or a 1-3C alkyl sulfate group), and a higher alcohol having a 14-24C long-chain alkyl group.
