CONTAINER LID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap structure which forms a breakable opening at a container mouth, prevents a broken piece from being separated as trash, and has a small opening torque required for breaking.SOLUTION: A container lid includes: a spout portion provided with an annular score in an upper surface wall positioned on the inner side of a mounting wall and at a position eccentric to a mounting wall, and integrally including a breaking portion formed of a bottom surface surrounded by the score and an annular wall extended upward from the circumferential edge of the bottom surface, and fixedly mounted to a container mouth; and an upper lid where an inner annular sidewall suspended downward at a position on the inner side of a mounted wall and eccentric to the mounted wall, and a non-circular outer annular sidewall surrounding the inner annular sidewall, are arranged, wherein the annular wall of the breaking portion of the spout portion is sealed in a form so as to be interposed and fitted between the inner annular sidewall and the outer annular sidewall of the upper lid, and since the upper lid is turned to open the lid, the initial break occurs at a part of the score, and a breaking position successively progresses from an initial breaking portion as the upper lid turns.
