PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replenishing device of an automatic packaging machine capable of improving workability in mounting a spare packaging material by miniaturizing the constitution of the device.SOLUTION: The replenishing device 11 of the automatic packaging machine 100 for overlapping a packaging material 1 for present use on a starting end of a spare packaging material 2 for continuity includes a pair of rocking units 30, 31 which are arranged in vertically opposing positions and rockable outwardly, a pair of holding units 32, 33 which are arranged on the rocking units 30, 31 so as to be arranged in vertically opposing positions across the packaging material 1 for present use delivered from a present-use packaging material roll R1, and a pair of cutting units 34, 35 which are arranged on the rocking units 30, 31 so as to be arranged in vertically opposing positions on the upstream side in the delivering direction with respect to the holding units 32, 33.
