Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-phase semiconductor power conversion apparatus capable of equalizing an overall inductance for each of a plurality of power semiconductor switching elements containing connection conductors between input/output terminals in a case where the power semiconductor switching elements are connected in parallel, with reduction of ripple of a DC capacitor being attained.SOLUTION: The even number of semiconductor packages constitute an inverter unit for each of six groups of semiconductor packages. Each two groups among the six groups of semiconductor packages are teamed to constitute one set, and the sets are functioned as U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase. The six groups of semiconductor package groups are connected with a same P-side DC bus bar and N-side DC bus bar. The P-side bus bar and the N-side bus bar are made to face each other across a thin insulating layer, so that a DC bus bar becomes low inductance. By lowering inductance of the DC bus bar among the U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase, a ripple current of a DC capacitor is reduced.
