TOUCH PANEL INTEGRATED DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel integrated display device capable of suppressing electromagnetic noise from a display panel, reducing the thickness, suppressing decrease in light transmissivity, and reducing manufacturing cost, and to provide a manufacturing method for the display device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a touch panel integrated display device 1 having a touch panel 10 and a display panel 30 integrally laminated through a light-transmissive adhesive layer 22 includes the steps of: (a) using a transfer film having an adhesive agent layer 21 and a transparent conductive layer 20 to transfer and form the transparent conductive layer 20 on a display surface of the display panel 30 through the adhesive agent layer 21; (b) laminating a polarization layer 50 on one surface being an input surface of the touch panel 10; and (c) bonding the transparent conductive layer 20 transferred and formed on the display surface of the display panel 30 to the other surface of the touch panel 10 through the adhesive layer 22.
