PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inherit a value of static variable in dynamic correction of an application.SOLUTION: A builder compiler 440 generates a dynamic link library 600 after converting a local static variable into a global variable, with respect to a corrected source code 500 of an application 100 to be debugged. A debugger controller 430 and an external debugger 420 pass the generated dynamic link library 600 on to an internal debugger 410 that is integrated with the application 100. The internal debugger 410 activates a dynamic linker 450 while associating a real address of the static variable with the global variable, and dynamically links the dynamic link library 600 to a load module 110 of the application 100. And, the internal debugger 410 changes the application program 100 so that procedures for the dynamic link library 600 are executed.
