Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection type video display device that includes an insertion member for anchoring an immobile body without impairing an appearance of the device and that can be manufactured at a low cost.SOLUTION: A projection type video display device comprises: a housing; a movable leg 10 that is provided on a bottom face of the housing and that adjusts a projection angle of the device; and a fixing leg 11 that is provided on the bottom face of the housing integrally with a bottom face member (a bottom cover 2) and that is a fulcrum for adjusting the projection angle. The fixing leg 11 is provided with a through hole 11c.
