Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve highly quantitative detection in a wide range from low to high concentrations of an antigen and an antibody contained in a sample to be analyzed.SOLUTION: In an optical analysis apparatus 10, a pickup part 12 acquires a signal based on reflected light of laser light applied to a track area 105 on a sample analyzing disk 100. A position information detection part 16 acquires position information in the track area 105 based on the signal acquired by the pickup part 12. A defect detection part 163 detects a defect area in a detection area 104 based on the signal acquired by the pickup part 12. A marking bead detection part 18 detects marking beads 300 combined with biopolymers serving as an analytical sample and fixed on the detection area 104 based on the signal acquired by the pickup part 12. A control part 19 detects the quantity of marking beads 300 by correcting the result of detection based on the detected defect area.
