Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a microchannel on an adhesive surface to let a fluid out on an adhesive interface.SOLUTION: The method for controlling the topography of an adhesion surface includes the steps of: bringing a microembossed pattern 26 into contact with an adhesive, the pattern having a surface with a ridge patten 28; and forming a continuous pressure-sensitive adhesive surface having a topography on at least one major, substantially continuous surface, that is essentially the inverse of the microembossed pattern 26 with which the adhesive surface comes into contact, such that when the adhesive interface is established between a layer of adhesive and a supporting substrate, the adhesive has a contact area of at least about 35%, and the fluid may be discharged from the plane of the adhesive interface.
